Odunola George, PharmD. is the founder and president of NIDEF. Upon finishing her high school in 1996 in Nigeria, West Africa, she relocated to Chicago and attended Harry S. Truman college where she obtained an Associates Degree in Science. She went on to The University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) to study Pharmacy and graduated in 2004 with a Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy and has since being practicing in the community as a Pharmacist.

Ibukun Ayoade attended and received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Geography and Planning (environmental science major and education management minor) at Lagos State University, Ojo. He began his professional career with Fidelity Bank PLC in 2001 after completing his National Youth Corp Service. He serviced in the International Banking Department and had the responsibility of coordinating Bank compliance activities with regular sales and customer service to mainly consumers and importers. He relocated to the U.S. in 2003 and continued in the banking industry. He furthered in his studies and received a MBA Degree from The University of Phoenix in 2009. His focus was in Strategic and Not For-Profit Management. He currently works for Fifth Third Bank.

Lene Omoh got her Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Accounting from DePaul University and went on to receive Masters of Business Administration from Roosevelt University with a concentration in Finance. Lene’s Experiences consist of several years in Pubic Accounting as an Auditor, as well as in Consulting, and Private Accounting. She currently works for one of the Big 4 consulting firms as an Accounting Information System Consultant and is the President and CEO of Brownstone Management Consulting, Inc (BSMC) where she assists other established Non-for-profits with their Bookkeeping and Accounting requirements.

Jumoke George received Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Illinois at Chicago in 2006. She started Tasty Traditions, an event management company in 2007 and presently, while she runs her business part-time, works as an IT Auditor in the Telecommunication Industry.
